My husband brings his 30 year old car, my daughter brings her 20 year old car and I bring my 10 year old SUV. We love the service, and the honest relationship we have developed through the past 7 years.
Worst place ever Owner is rude he does not know he to treat customers Mechanic is horrible my car still was not fixed and told him if he could check it out again And they both told me that it was not their problem and to leave I feel like they just robbed me I paid for a service but my car is still messed up I mean you trust these people to do a service
I was on a long road trip with a 1997 Chevy Conversion Van and right outside of Dallas it started to shake. A kind stranger recommended this service station because he has been a satisfied customer for 20 years. Being a total stranger to Dallas I was very nervous. But I had no reason to be. Jon test drove the van right away, diagnosed the problem (extensive bubble in one tire), and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I took my truck to get all the brakes changed and the rotors rotaded.First they put on the brakes after 2 hours of driving sounded like a bus they didn't want to put new ones I had to complain several times so they did which lasted for a day.they said they didnt no what was it.But they been in business 23 years but they dnt know.So I went somewhere else they told me th.
