Horrible service. The guy who was our "salesman" (Bobby) we saw for maybe about 5 minutes. We told him we wanted the car, and then we were passed around the building like cattle. We went from one person to for finance, another for trade-in, and then pick up, etc. It took forever to get my car (3 hours). The seat to the back of my car was loose, and they said they would give us an I.O.U. We never received one, so when I called to ask them about it, they told us to call a Jeep dealership and have them replace it since it was s... read more
Car was purchased, next day broke down, and I found out it was never serviced by Texas Direct Auto. Drove home to find out there was $2000 worth of repairs to be performed on vehicle purchased. Called the service tech Mike, at TDA, and he said the truck was NEVER serviced prior to selling it to me. So with my kids in the car, I was driving an unsafe vehicle due to a leaking master brake cylinder and fuel pressure sensor from which the car had NEVER been serviced before they sold it to me, hence all the repairs on the car.
