Invited Omar (operations manager) out to our facility for an emergency repair... He came out for a site walk a day late.. then ghosted our company entirely.. no quotes no answering of the phone nothing... I do not recommend this company.. especially if your company is in an emergency repair status... Btw this would have been a "quick" job for the company...
