He told us we need a new Motor for $450 .00 had another company to look at it . Not the motor. Don't call this company.

I gave this company a call beacuse they were able to get there FAST! I was sure happy I did because my food was defrosting. The tech/owner was super knowledgeable about my fridge. He was reasonably priced.

Washer stopped mid cycle. The office (owner's wife) said there was a diagnostic charge of $78. Repair person (and owner) showed up and said it was because there was a "huge" rug in the washer (there was a small floor mat). He said he has removed the "huge" rug and it should work fine. It did not work fine. We called in a different company (B and H appliances Dustin) and they fixed it and charged $40. Seems like a scam, they get 78 dollars if they repair your appliance or not so he quoted us 350 to repair our 4 year old washing machine and left with 80 dollars cause we were told 78 and we should have had the exact amount. Complete ripoff.
