Very upset with there customer service in general, no return calls to confirm if the parts ordered are in and ready to install. Calling the office is like calling the White House and no one is at home. Will now have to move on to another provider to fix my dryer. Ordered the part on Saturday 17 May and as of the 21 of May no results. Can't even get the owners Sal & Joe on the phone to see why I am not getting a response. I've been using these guys for years. Most recently for a new A/C install. They gave me a cheaper price than the other companies I checked out & I got a more efficient furnance. They are honest & not out to nickel & dime you.
