I recently moved out of Factory 88 and wanted to share my experience after living there for about a year. Overall, I had a really great experience. The building has a unique, modern-industrial feel that gives it a lot more character than your typical apartment, and the management team was always responsive and helpful. Since we were a ground/basement level, we experienced lots of issues with flooding, humidity, and mold especially during warmer seasons. Older buildings require structural maintenance to withstand issues as such. The landlord and building owner attempted to solve these issues but were quite accusatory and took it personally, although these circumstances were out of our control.
