Charged me 276 dollars to tell me my radiator was clogged . Said it took 3 hours to do the job when I took it out in about 20 mins . Never called and told me what the problem was until they done did the work. Got me this time but won’t happen again . And defiantly won’t recommend to anybody ripoffs
Recommendedhave used these guys a few times now for maintenance on my Kawasaki Vulcan. Great customer service and prices were far half of the big dealerships. Plus they found a couple small things that they tightened up. The small extra effort was well worth the drive from tampa!
I highly recommend Factory 4 Motorsports. Reed and his crew are extremely knowledgeable. I go to them for all my bike needs. Exhaust, tires, or an oil change just to list a few things he has done for myself and friends. Outstanding work!! If you just need air in your tire, swing by and let the crew get you right.
Had some issues with atv. Met with Reed and he was very honest and helpful. Before he started he called and got my approval. I suggested doing full service and he said he’ll check my fluids knowing bike doesn’t have many hours. Checked everything over and said everything looks great I don’t see the reason to because fluids are clean. Can’t get any more honest than here! Quick turn around time! Highly recommend Factory 4!
They do a great job at a reasonable price and are good about trying to get my quads and dirt bikes back to me in a timely fashion. If you need work done on your quads or bikes I highly recommend yoou use Factory 4 Motorsports. A big thanks to Reed and his crew.
If you want a shop that does awesome work I recommend Factory 4. The people are awesome and the tech know what they are doing . I've been going to them for years.
If your looking for someone that takes pride in the work they do Reed and his crew at factory 4 are the best in the business!! I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!!
