Every year we have them blow out the lines for winterization. We always request a courtesy call letting us know when they are coming. Yet every year, they just show up unannounced. Usually, it's "Oh, we were in the neighborhood so we thought we'd just come by." When we say we need to know they're coming so we can unlock the gate to let them into the back yard, they say it's not necessary, they'll just jump the fence. Gee, that's comforting.
