FACT HVAC installed my new unit and I could not be happier! **** install team was amazing and on time. I would highly reccomend them. The pricing was the lowest compared to other companies & the customer service was above & beyond!
I was sent this company through my ******************** Fidelity. They are the worst Company I have dealt with and I would stay away from them. Fidelity has stated they are going to remove them from Approved Vendors! DO NOT USE!!!
It was the worse experience I've ever had. My home warranty company chose this business to come out to inspect my A/C unit. The initial point of contact was on 4/12/2022. They scheduled to come out on 4/18/2022. I was surprised they didn't take an AC issue in AZ to be a priority. They sent a tech by the name of ***********************. He diagnosed the issue to be faulty wiring in the unit and stated it was fixed. I paid $75.00. The tech left and I left my house shortly after, feeling confident he had fixed the issue. Service tech arrived on time, was very courteous, explained what he discovered, was neat and completed work to my satisfaction.
Unable to get written warranty for new hvac unit. Many requests but no help.
