Facility Masters was my janitorial provider for years. This is long over due review. From our account manager Cameron to the owner to the team on the ground they are top notch. They respond quickly to customer requests and work orders and are able to keep with very demanding customer requests, executive events, executive board meetings, QBR's, special events and most importantly day to day operations. Very nice and no nonsense people. Our office was overdue for our springtime carpet shampoo. I worked with Chris and Valdemar over at Facility Masters in San Jose. It was a seamless effort. Valdemar came over on a Saturday morning - very mindful of our need to stay available for our clients during the week. By Monday morning, our office was super clean and smelled great.
