The owner David Kelton is a very reasonable person to work with. David knows how to manage properties extremely well. He is always taking care of problems right away. I would recommend David to anyone that asks for a property Manager!
Incredibly slow at maintenance. Will not answer emails. My fraternity had bathroom lights out for months and they never were fixed so we ended up taking care of the issue ourselves
