Was very unfortunate to get John and his guys assigned to my plumbing issue through my warranty company. After filing incorrect notes in the claim, cancelling 3 appointments, and being snarky through text I am happy to be done with this unprofessional “business owner”. I took 4 hours of PTO to meet his appointments HE SET all for him not to show up time and time again. Avoid him at all costs.

I needed someone to look at my hvac system as it stopped working. I reached out to someone who came out and told me the issue was fixed and a few days later it goes out again. Instead of contacting the company again, a friend referred me to John Shutes. I told him that I really needed someone to look at it as soon as possible. He stopped by a few hours later and fixed the issue! I refer all my friends to him because he is a jack of all trades (more than servicing HVAC systems). John Shutes enters my job site with out permission and attempts to slander my name and reputation as I’ve never even done business with him/them. I was notified by my sub contractor immediately of his unprofessional behavior. Beware of of the individuals working with in the company.
