Working with FMM as our main vendor was the best decision my apartment management company ever made. Super glad to have these guys around.
Andy from FMM is great with AC work! Very knowledgeable and efficient. And it seems like he really likes the job (which can't be easy in south Louisiana heat!) He was very professional and kind, got the job done quick.
It's been over 2 months, Tech came out twice to fix the A/C unit that was installed by "FMM" Denham Springs ,LA. The unit was" never" fixed. The tech that came out smelled like a bar room!! He left the wires hanging, a/c unit broken. Never brought the part back that was needed to fix the unit.When he was leaving, he walked up to a guard dog that was on a chain.... I just wanted to say thanks to FMM for always being ready to help. My experiences over the last several years have been positive. I've had several opportunities over the past few years to see them in action. Most recently a portion of my privacy fence was blown down during a storm and FMM responded quickly getting my fence back up. I get my Heat/AC serviced twice a year and I turn to them any time I have an emergency situation at my home. They are always able to help me quickly or assist me in getting the appropriate help.
