Had a facial for the first time in my life and Alex made me feel very comfortable right from the start. The office was spotless, relaxing, and had a really calm atmosphere. Alex explained each step, checked in throughout, and made the whole experience feel personalized and professional. After the buccal massage, my face felt incredibly relaxed and refreshed - I could literally see the difference right away. Overall, an amazing experience! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Alex to friends!
