I have been getting facials from JoAnn since 2020 - she is the only person I will trust with my skincare! She is cognizant of my personal needs and is happy to suggest gentle products that will work for me. She uses OSEA products during her facials and explains each step and how it is beneficial to me. Just had my first facial (ever) with JoAnn, incredible experience. I love that she uses OSEA products, very knowledgeable, and I felt like she was really receptive to my skin goals. It was hands down the most relaxing, luxurious, 60 minutes of my life - I feel relaxed and my skin is glowing.
