Today is 01/20/2015. I have been trying to get an appointment since 12/23/2014. After leaving 5 voicemails, 4 emails (of which neither were ever answered) and 1 in-person trip to the Facial Techniques office, Laura Foster was at the front desk and explained her front desk staff was ill. I asked if she could make an appointment (since I drove 48 minutes to her office) and she said "NO, someone will call you".
