First I will say my son was referred here by his dentist. We have had nothing but problems from the beginning. They scare you with estimates before any insurance is billed. Then we scheduled the appointment. Got the new billing amount and a call to inform us and let us know what our responsibility was. Then called to confirm the pre surgical Dr appointment was okay which they said it was. Wisdom removal on Monday, dry socket Friday. Called three times and was told they do not pack dry sockets. This is not anyway to treat people. Ride office manager. Refused to see us until next week Wednesday. Horrible to have such mouth pain over the Christmas holidays w$hen a five minute pack would fix the problem
