Had eyelid reduction by Dr Papel. I am not 100% pleased with the results, as I can clearly see (and feel) the scar line. however a warning towards their billing, the first and second post OP had no charge and my last one did. when questioned, the ONE billing manager said "call your insurance company." now it's in collections on my credit. The billing statements are cryptic and only their office can decipher. Do your due diligence when choosing your surgeon.
Very comfortable and beautiful environment! You will have a 5 ⭐️ experience from the time you walk in the door! Dr. brown is wonderful & The entire team is great and so very accommodating! Love what I see when I look in the mirror!
I had surgery with Dr.Papel and it did not go as planned, I have gone back for several treatments and the issue is still not resolved. I have requested to speak with Dr.Papel via phone for months and he will not call me! This is unprofessional and unacceptable! Would not recommend this office.
