I found Tamara and Facial Physique on instagram while going down quite the rabbit hole of breathing and TMJ issues for myself. I'm so glad I found her because myofunctional therapy not only fixed my jaw pain but also helped my sleep a ton. I am no longer fatigued and in pain everyday!!
