Shona has been a delight to work with, I love how she under-promises when explaining the expected results, but then absolutely over-delivers when I start seeing the actual results. I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Facial Harmony Skin & Dental! The staff are incredibly attentive, professional and lovely to talk with. After struggling with redness and inflammation for nearly two years with very little improvement, the difference in my skin after just a month was drastically huge! I rarely write reviews, but I just had to for Facial Harmony! I had my Potenza treatment there, and I am so happy with the results! It was my first time getting Potenza, but Shona made me feel so welcome with her friendly and thorough consultation. She even customized a serum specifically tailored to my skin needs. I can definitely see a real change in my skin, and it makes me so happy to see my complexes and skin concerns improving day by day…Highly recommend to anyone considering skin treatments:)
I have seen Dr NaMoo and Shona separately for my dental and skin needs. Dr NaMoo and Shona are incredibly professional and are very detail oriented in their practice. Their approach to care is very patient focussed and stands out compared to other practices I have been to.
