Been seen by Saul D. Escobar, PA-C. He shouldn’t be a patient seeing practitioner. He was interrupting, saying the same thing on repeat and when asked question would act all confused unable to provide concrete answer. Yeah, not good. First of all it was the longest wait I've ever experienced at an urgent care. I may as well have gone to an ER. They had two patients taken away in an ambulance while I was there which leads me to believe that symptoms aren't taken seriously enough at check-in... There are certain things they should refer people to an ER for immediately instead of making them wait around for hours to receive care. It is ridiculous they don't open till 10am.
The staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Keswani is phenomenal. She asked great questions to get background and really figure out what was going on. For the first time, I felt like I had a doctor that actually listened to all of my complaints and showed such compassion. I was in and out of the clinic in no time but at no point felt rushed. And I finally had some answers and a plan to address the concerns I had about my health.
My mother is slowly dying from liver failure and must monitor worsening symptoms given her diagnosis. She informed me that she went to Facey Urgent Care on 7/9 to see a doctor to help check her severe pains that she was experiencing and the doctor advised her to go to the ER.
