Our previous doctor changed insurance so we had to move to a different doctor. We found that this Facey pediatrician is close to home but we have to wait for literally 1 hour from the appointment time to see the doctor. My 5 & 3 years old had complained all the time. They’re anxious. So, just put that into mind before sign up. Dr. Salib is very kind and attentive btw.
I really like that the office is close to our home. Dr. Colby is great and so good with our daughter. With that said, the front staff are not the most welcoming, and not very informed on things front staff should know. You would think that people working in a pediatricians office, where parents are trusting everyone in there with the care of they child, they would be a bit more friendly and engaging.
