Unfortunately, I have to rate Facey lower rhan before... search for not because of the people that work there, but because apparently of management decisions to close our local Facey office and facility, as well as apparently some of the referral offices that they used to offer, for example, for radiology and physical therapy. Longer wait times for appointments and referral authorizations, and driving farther for the care that we had gotten accustomed to. Assuming they are cost cutting measures, oh well... Disappointed with my last experience
Always a great team willing to take me last minute on an emergency when they’re already full and squeeze me in to be seen. My doctor is a great listener and always hears me and helps the best way he can. This group Is a great team. Thank you. I highly recommend them.
