Excellent customer service with all of the team at Facey Porter Ranch focusing on and really listening to my concerns and questions. Couldn't have asked for better!
Dr. Salcedo is a wonderful and thorough physician. However, I am very disappointed at Facey’s appointment scheduling. I had to wait for almost two hours past my appointment time to see the doctor, at which point we had to hurry through my consultation because the 2-hour delay had caused that appointment to run into my next scheduled doctor’s appointment.
