I was personally nervous switching to an HMO but with this medical group I have had zero issues getting referrals approved along with great health care very similar to my previous PPO insurance.
My nurse was amazing. She was polite kind efficient and full of joy. She made me feel at ease. Also. Dr Lee is my favorite Dr at Facey. He listens and explains in detail
