Terrible customer service. Terrible appointment lines. Dr. Kim is reasonably nice. Not worth the hassle if you have a child. I went to wrong location, by accident, that location called the office that was across town, and then the original office didn’t call me to tell me that they couldn’t see me if I was 10 mins late to their location. I don’t know what the problem with their corporate culture is, but there is a major problem. They let me bring my 18 month old up to the third floor, not knowing if they could see me? Lied about charges and fees, when I called the business office to complain...spoiler! They were rude and not helpful. Won't be going here anymore.
