I went into urgent care yesterday with horrible chest pain. This had to be my worst experience here EVER! When I was in triage, the triage nurse was commenting on every single one of my tattoos while I'm sitting there clenching my chest. My BP was 159/96 at that time. She asked if I had high BP! I finally told her I've had a heart attack before and she finally hurried and got me to EKG. The EKG tech was the only quick and professional person I dealt with. My EKG was ok. Came here to get stitches for an injury. Saw Dr. Montalvo who immediately recommended that I go to the ER, so I left without receiving any services. I was in and out of the office in under 5 minutes. Fast forward a month and I get a bill for $650 for a 60-minute office visit. My insurance covered all but $200 of it. After speaking with the billing department and explaining that I received no service from them, they apparently tried to re-code it. They tell you the wait is 2 hours and you wait 2 hours and 50 minutes. The people who serve are nice but the service is not good, it's bad.
Received 2 letters from the school district my daughter has been exposed to Whooping cough. She's showing symptoms so I brought her in. Doctor Behmanesh was rude and refused to test her for it. 'Why, just isolate her' But he tested her for covid and flu. Requested he test her again for whooping, told him she was exposed and his response was 'those non-vaxers' 'By law they have to tell you so I'm not testing her' Thanks Doctor Rude....She's been vaccinated for covid and flu, yet he tested her. I took my son to Facey immediate care for his skin rashes this afternoon. I am super disappointed with Dr. Carrington-Tribble. She examined my son without wearing hand gloves, didn't wash her hands before or after examination. When I pointed out. She was explaining me that it is not required to wear gloves to examine and she prefers to wash her hands outside of the room (when the sink is in the room) as patients will be using the sink in the room.
