This is the first therapist in years that has felt safe and I've felt able to talk to. With time I feel more and more comfortable being open about more things I don't really talk about. They have done a lot to help me learn and grow. They havent pushed me to open up or talk about things I dont feel able to. They help me feel heard and understood. My journey will be a long one and possibly (likely) lifelong, but I have real hope ♡
