We went into Facets today, only intending to select the tub for the guest bath in the new home we are building. We met Kathy and wound up making ALL our selections for all bathrooms and the kitchen. She was simply AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, creative and helpful. She even let our little dog Cowboy come into visit. Great store, many selections and kind people.

Excuse me! My husband and I just stopped by the store, unaware we needed an appt. I get it in the days of Covid, but she was sitting at a desk inside, grilling my husband on the phone as to what we needed. Obviously, a showerhead wasn’t enough to get her out of her chair. She directed him to the internet. Sorry for her as we are just beginning a remodel on a 6 bed/5 bath house. Lazy, lack of foresight and not truly interested in doing retail. No wonder retails going under. Don’t bother going here, it’s too much work for her.... read more

Love Faucets! They have a great selection, way more than what on the wall and can accommodate any price range. Our clients love the convenience of the location too!!
