Mike, Kristina, Adam and team are amazing to work with. I use them almost exclusively for the appliances, plumbing fixtures, and hardware on the custom homes I build. When buildling a home you almost always run into issues (defective part, backordered items, etc.) but Facets always takes care of us even sometimes at their own cost. Many other vendors have tried to steal our business away from them but they can never compete with the service this team provides.
Jamie was super kind and helpful. She helped us explore a few options even after we learned we needed to go to another spot to match our shower cartridge
