I have used Marcia for several years now. I have alopecia so my color doesn’t hold as long as others but I could imagine life without eyebrows and eyeliner . I was so tired of going to the store then looking in the rear view view only to see one eyebrow had been wiped off. Marcia takes the time to measure and make sure everything is perfect so I am at my best! I would not go anywhere else!

Simply wonderful This is one of the greatest experiences I have had. New eye-liner, new brows, and next........lips. Very tolerable and manageable limited pain......the rewards are well-worth it. Simply wonderful........... Thank you Marcia...........you have totally changed my life.
Very FAIR price and A+++ Customer Service. HIGHLY recommended!! I found the Dermaroller price to be extremely fair and reasonable. In addition, she was overly professional and pleasing to do business with. I recommend her services, both the Dermaroller and permanent cosmetics, to anyone. Worse Service Ever!!! I sent Marcia a picture of me with makeup and told her that was how I wanted my eyeliner to look. When I got to her office I had my eyeliner on and told her again, this is how I wanted my eyeliner to look when she was done. She said fine and she took a picture of me before she started. Very Satisfied, Excellent Value! Faces KC has done my brows, lips and eyeliner and it looks awsome! Marcia was very professional, explaining everything she was doing and making sure I was comfortable. I'm a big baby about pain and she took the time to make sure the anesthetic was working well so pain and discomfort was very manageable. Disappointed The procedure itself as well as Marcia's "bedside manner" were great. Yet at the mention of slight dissatisfaction, I was lectured in how good a deal I got and to fix it would cost $350, without even looking at my eye liner "problem". The liner was not symmetric as my right eye liner abruptly stops on the inner corner. Upon looking at my eyes without makeup, it is noticeable. Expensive and poor customer service I consulted Marcia Renner about Dermarolling my face for acne scar revision. She happens to be the dealer/distributor for Horst Liebl's Dermaroller product for the entire US. While I talked to her the first time, she was really nice. However, she wanted to charge $600 per treatment. If anybody knows anything about Dermaroller tool, it costs about $100 in retail. J. Reading I was sceptcal about it all being painless. Surpriseingly it was and the end results was much more then I antisapated. I would highly recommend Marcia, she set you at ease, took her time, with end results I loved
Love her! Marcia just did my eyebrows and eyeliner. While it was not totally painless, it was very, very manageable. She is a delight to be around, and the whole experience was fabulous. It is only day 2, but I have had so many complements already, I can't wait to see the end result after it is completely healed. Besides the permanent cosmetics, she gave me a lot of tips on other products including the dermaroller. Can't wait to try that also.
