Eleanor has consistently been kind and reassuring during my appointments. Staff is well trained and professional, love the clinic as well.
I’ve had two Kybella sessions here, and my most recent one with Fatima was truly a game-changer. The difference compared to my first session with Marina was like night and day. During my first treatment, I felt rushed — it was quick, painful, and left me hesitant to even try again. With Fatima, the experience was completely different. Unfortunately, the botox does not have good quality. It looks like its full with water or so? really weird.
Did not feel very professional (extremely sketchy) and they claimed they put way more Botox in my face than what actually happened so I was significantly over charged and asked me to come back in two weeks to rip me off again. They claimed they put 60 units of Botox which is more than enough, but looking at the needle it was much less (only one syringe which is roughly 35-40 units). Yes! Yes! Omg! Absolutely beautiful energy from my massage Queen Julianna or Heaven is now her name. She was amazing, gentle and in tune with herself. She made feel comfortable from the door. She's a star! A much needed feeling waiting to happen. Thank you to Ramona for setting it up. Aromatherapy, acupressure and hot rocks just what the doctor ordered.
