The stylists are experienced, friendly and listen to what you want. They can give up-dated cuts but also can handle the older styles. Overall, it's a nice atmosphere with people who know hair.
The sign outside the salon says "walk-ins welcome." I found this to be VERY untrue! I went in with my husband and toddler, in desperate need of a trim. We sat down, and an older lady who I am assuming was the owner (it was a Saturday), comes up to us after about 10 minutes and gets very huffy and irritated... She told us that she hadn't planned on having any more clients that day, whined a bit, and shoved us out the door!
