We've been Faces "friends" for 15 or so years. Always professional and courteous. Treat you as friends, not customers. Great help picking out frames. Love Dan and Wayne!
A new international student at Lawrence cracked his frames just before a long weekend camping trip. We were worried that nothing could be done in time for his trip. At the recommendation of Jeff Wiesner, we visited Faces, and Dan came to the rescue! He fixed the frames on the spot and free of charge.

This recognition of Wayne's professionalism, fairness, and kindness is long overdue. In March this year I walked in to Faces as a newbie to eyewear. He was very kind and patiently worked with me (more than once I might add) to find the perfect eyewear and fit for me personally. I get compliments all the time from perfect strangers even! Great selection and great service! Faces gave us the best experience we have ever had picking out glasses. So often we have gone places trying to find a right style and right fit without much luck, but the friendly optician chose styles for my daughter that were the right size and style, and we were done in twenty minutes. My family will be going to Faces for all of our future eyewear needs.
Only place to go in the Fox Valley area for your vision needs. Great service, selection, and people!!
