This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon!!!!!! I’m still trying to just make do with my orange hair that is cut way to short and straight across!! WARNING!! If you have long hair DO NOT TRUST ANNA OR ANN TO DO YOUR HAIR!!!! My hair was long and beautiful all I wanted was a trim and highlights, she cut all my hair off and my hair is literally orange!!! They have moved to Kim and Co. Anna is the best! Had a great time, lots of laughs! She gives the best neck massage during the shampooing. Thank you Anna!
Can we start with the word comfortable. I am a person who has always felt out of place at hair salons. I felt like I'm not cool or hip enough to be there. Then came Faces al a Mode, this experience from start to finish (3hours) was amazing. The staff from front desk to stylist were kind and down to earth. I had my appointment with cassidy.
