Warning: Unethical business practices; Never prepay for services here I bought a package of 3 signature facials (using the first one) in March. Then COVID happened and the spa closed. I called back when my nail salon re-opened (with masks) and was told I could get a facial with a mask on. Do NOT trust this place! The Facelogics in Frisco just up and closet with no notice. Took all our money. We contacted corporate and they refused to do anything. None of the other locations will honor that memberships. I have credits from months that I had to miss due to a medical issue and now all those credits are gone. They closed their does on June 3 called me to cancel my appointment claiming a problem wth electricity that was the last time I was able to reach someone and then they debited another payment on Jun 4.
