This place is terrible. Poor customer service, rude, arrogant. I bought a gift certificate for my wife and daughter for X-mas LAST YEAR and they still havent been able to get in. They finally got an appt for today (after months and months of trying to get an appt) and the place called my daughter this morning and said they had to cancel her appt.
