Facebook is comically unhelpful. No phone numbers, no emails, no way to contact a human being who might possibly be held accountable for their horrid service. Zuckerberg, you're a POS. Take some of your billions, and hire a few hundred more staffers to answer phones. You're an internationally traded company, and you have the customer service infrastructure of a child's lemonade stand. It would be embarrassing if it wasn't so annoying.

I have had an issue while on Facebook with pop-up notices either stating my Smartphone has been infected and I need to download an antivirus app or I'm a winner qualifying for a $1,000 Amazon gift card! This always happens when I'm four or five pages into an interesting story! There is no way to go back without exiting the whole story altogether! It happens on a daily basis and sometimes multiple times per day! Please let me know how we can get this to stop happening! I'm certain I am not the only person this happens to!!??
