The staff was very nice but my makeup and hair had to be completely re-done after I left. It looked like my face had been wiped with dirt and lips were lined like it was 2001. I reached out to the owner but no resolution was made. Waste of $100.
Was 2 hours late to scheduled appointment, causing the bride and wedding staff to stress on the wedding day. Very unprofessional and turned off phone so we could not reach him. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF COULD!!!
BEWARE of this "salon". I paid $450 3 weeks in advance for prom hair/makeup for 3 girls. I confirmed the week of and the day before. They did not come at the appointed time. I called the owner who said they were "on route" but that was obviously not true because they showed up 1.5 hours late, and the dates were showing up. This was a total fiasco and the owner compounded the problem by not being honest that he overbooked and his people would be too late to help us other than hair on two girls and false eyelashes, which made ... read more
