The receptionist was downright rude. When I arrived, she asked whether I was there for a consultation. I explained that I was there for both a consultation and treatment. She responded, "If she has time, she will treat you." I replied that I had driven 30 minutes expecting both a consultation and treatment. I have been going to Face to Face in Bee Cave for several years and am happy with my membership. This location is convenient, clean, and easy to make an appointment. For a competitive monthly charge, I am getting medical grade facials and other spa services that I select. It is easy to take the monthly treatments for granted but then if you miss one (or two!), I feel like I can see it in my skin. Treat yourself and know that you are in good hands at this place! Dropped my membership because I can get the same service at other local spas for approximately Half the price. I feel the membership program is deceptive.
