If you are looking for a psychiatrist who communicates with families during critical situations, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. No parent should have to fight this hard just to get a return phone call when their child is in crisis.
I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this practice. My daughter was Baker Acted and hospitalized, which was one of the most difficult and stressful experiences our family has ever faced. During that time, I expected communication, compassion, and professionalism. Instead, I received the exact opposite.
