Pencil had led off center, made the pencil useless and they refused to exchange it. Also one item shipped open and powder came out. Can not get through to service so i had to waste it. Find someone else to buy from!
I agree. I thought I was the only person that they ignored when I called to complain. The person I eventually talked to said to send the product in and if they find it defective they will send me a new one. Otherwise they would return it. the product was clumpy and useless. She said it was my fault, must have done something to it. Went to other products now. Much happier
