So, I won a visit to the clinic and thought I’d give it a try. I met with Kaylana and she is fantastic. So knowledgeable and kind. I know I had stupid questions and ridiculous concerns but she listened to me and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel silly or dumb. And, I go back for my fourth visit in September. The BBL had totally changed my face!
Had softwave with Kaylana a few weeks ago. I was apprehensive since some people say it can be painful. At my request, she agreed to let me come in a few days prior to see the device and do a test patch on a sensitive part of my neck. The test patch didn’t hurt me at all and very much put me at ease.
