Julia and the staff are incredibly nice and talented. Will continue to get my lashes and eyebrows waxed.
Natalia did an excellent job on my lashes! She was so thorough, gave me recommendations based on what I was looking for, and overall did an excellent job. Looking forward to returning!

I had an appointment scheduled today at 2 PM. I texted to confirm, and they immediately called me to say I didn’t have an appointment. I normally see them every three weeks around 10:30 or 11:30 AM, and the last time I was there, I wanted to schedule for my normal time. The woman explained that spot was not available but that she could fit me in at 2 PM. I would never book my appointment at 2 PM otherwise. I looked at my calendar.
