First time here. Booked appointments online - that was super easy & convenient to do. But once I got here, the lady told me I was getting a hydrofacial and that was NOT what I had booked. So i told her, and she responded with "well the facial you booked, that machine is not working, so you are getting a hydrofacial." I did not receive a call beforehand to notify me of this, so coming in the day of, I expected what I booked. Love love love Gianna! I now go once a month with their subscription. I feel the prices are super reasonable and the quality of experience you get it great! It's nice to have a mid-week pick me up once a month. I took my boyfriend and mom and they also enjoyed a relaxing time!
Unprofessional management treatment. Receptionists girls are very sweet though.
