I booked facial for my daughter and I seeing advertisement on Facebook. So, first there is zero privacy so I thought maybe I won't like it however once I was getting my facial, didn't realize there was no privacy. I don’t love that you don’t have a private space. I was wearing a pretty short dress for the summer, and I don’t love that I was just out on the open. The brow wax was not done well. She was hesitant and entirely outlined my brows rather that mapping them out with my facial structure. I ended up going to another place and getting them redone.
I’ve been coming here consistently for a few months now after first trying the Milwaukee location during a girls’ trip—and I’ve been hooked ever since! I love love love the facials. Bridget has been absolutely wonderful—so knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive. The pricing is super reasonable, and my sensitive skin always leaves feeling refreshed, renewed, and never irritated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and real results!
