Overall, I had a really great experience, being my first time, and my first facial. Kennedy was my esthetician and she made sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. I would definitely ask for her again. That said, I thought it was very weird that there weren't any private rooms (at least for the facials, not sure about other services), just curtains separating each bed, and only on two sides, so you could see everyone when you walked to your station. First time there and I'll be back! You don't have to undress but you'll still get a full facial experience.
Great customer service, ambiance, and cleanliness! Walk-ins are welcome! But I made a personalized appointment online. I did the Micro channeling treatment and the scalp massage as an add-on. I arrived a little early, either way staff welcomed me and didn’t let me waiting. Kennedy was my beautician and she was super helpful to guide me through every step of the process.
