I initially had a good impression of Face Foundry, and the service started off well. However, this visit left me disappointed. I paid for a $75 facial that was supposed to include 40 minutes of facial service, and I also added dermaplaning and extractions as upgrades. Approximately 25 minutes were spent on extractions and about 15–17 minutes on dermaplaning, which left only about 15–20 minutes for the actual facial. The facial itself felt rushed and incomplete. Service was completed poorly; salon manager's only resolution was to offer 50% off a future service. Given that my first service was mediocre, I have no desire to waste more time and money trying a second time.
I got my brows done and my first ever facial with Helen, and both were absolutely amazing! Helen does everything with such precision and care, and has such a gentle touch that allows you to relax and enjoy the service. I loved it so much I ended up signing up for a monthly membership, and I can't wait to bring my husband to experience a facial too. Thank you Helen and Face Foundrie!
I went to this place on Sunday, October 12th. I was a walk-in, but they said I needed an appointment because they were all booked up. But guess what? Sarah, the aesthetician, happened to walk by the reception area right then. She offered to give me a mini facial since she couldn’t do anything else before her next appointment.
