Edit: I am revising my review, as Holly the owner personally reached out and went above and beyond to sincerely address my concerns. It appears my experience was a one off. I am looking forward to going back to Face Foundrie in the future and really appreciate their care for their customers! Imani is fantastic. Friendly and polite and cheerful. My skin looks amazing!
First time going to Face Foundrie and did not disappoint. I do not regularly get facials so am somewhat unfamiliar with the process and what would be best for my skin type. I met with Bridney and she was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience and I definitely plan to be back!
