After thoroughly reviewing the site, I booked a mini derma with hopes I’d actually get that service. Upon arriving,nice ambiance, however, once getting comfortable was told they ran out of blades and that the esthetician wouldn’t be comfortable doing the service without the correct blades/scalpel…. First off, I would hope not! I strongly hope nothing other than proper tools involving my FACE or others would ever be used! Elvira was awesome! The mini facial was relaxing and definitely worth the value. She also took the time to educate me as well, which was very appreciated as I work on improving my skin. About to turn 30 so all the skincare tips were helpful! Would definitely come back!
Kaylynn was so nice and patient. She made my first experience worth it. She was very gentle and took her time. If i return, id definitely request her .
I booked a facial that matched my skincare needs, but the front desk attendant booked the wrong one and didn’t take the time to guide me properly. When I arrived, the esthetician told me I was getting the Glow Facial (not what I booked) and proceeded anyway without offering a solution. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication from both the front desk and service provider made it clear that my needs as a client were not prioritized.
