Very disappointed with results and customer service. After being initially happy with the skin care products that I purchased, I spent thousands on BBL laser to remove dark spots on my face, arms, and chest. After three treatments, my arms look worse. Many spots got darker and never came off. I approached them and was told that they never told me a number of treatments and it could take 3-4 more treatments to work.
